DVD process hangs at 66%
[b]Hi all
I made a movie from clips in Vegas Platinum and clicked Make Movie.
I chose DVD and it went to DCD Architect 4.5.
Picked a background, inserted the text added the media.
Thumbnail of movie in screen. Good enough.
Chose prepare and burn and it goes about preparing.
When the burn process starts it goes to 66% and hangs.
Every try.
Message says “burnig lead in this may take a few minutes.
But hours?
I attempted the test and it test burned (DVD flashing) up until 99# and hangs.P4 quad 4 g ram Vista.
Any ideas?

I have had his bug for many versions.. I juts burn an .iso and use an iso burner as a work aroung, since Sony won’t fix it.

Please detail out what you have on the Vegas time line. Everything (mov, avi, mpg, jpg, png, etc). If still photos what size are they?

Well I think I’ve made progress.
Yes I did burn an ISO then when asked “Burn another?” I said yes and switched to the DVD drive.I think the actual problem may have been the DVD-R X2 blanks. I put in a DVD-R X8 disc and it went right through to the end.
