I am burning DVD’s from my quicktime file. It is doing something strange. It drops these lines of dialogue in the same spot on each disk. But on another player those lines are fine. How will i know which player it will play on? Can I fix this problem? I re-laid in the lines and burned a new quicktime. I re-mixed down the audio. It just happens on this one DVD player? Thoughts?

How did you compress the files for DVD, Compressor? If so, check out the aiff or ac3 file that compressor created and see if the dialogue is there, if it is it’s the DVD player, if it’s not it’s a bad encode. If it’s a bad encode, delete all of audio render files and try again.
