    Do I need to make 2 separate dvds :one NTSC and one PAL is the question. Are dvd players not universal? There are PAL and ntsc dvd players? do i need to make 2 seperate runs? both formats??? is there anyway to check it once i make a DVD of the PAL version????

    Most, if not all PAL player will read NTSC discs. I’d save the money and make 1 NTSC set. However your client might not agree 🙂

    Hmmm… its for my project. i need to have people in europe be able to buy the dvd….im getting various feedback in both directions! Damn… what do i do?

    Just make NTSC discs. You’ll be fine. Ive authored several NTSC discs for Europe.
