  DVD Menu Not working as expected

  Hello all,
  I am new to Adobe Encore and forums, so I hope I get this right. I followed a tutorial on how to make a menu in photoshop and use it in encore; however when I preview the menu and change menu selections the original image does not move and it shows a shadow of the image next to the text instead of moving the original image. Any help on how to address this problem would be appreciated.
