DVD Menu Design Trademarks
Ive recently overcame a DVD with a design which is VERY, VERY similar to my own design Im working on. I went to thier website which states that the menu design is thier trademark. Is this possible? Its travel guide with a flow over of a map. Is it possible to have a trademark of a menu design? Mine wont look the same of course but its close.
