    I have been producing 120 min single layer DVDs for over 13 years with no issues. Even up to 135 mins. Though I would not recommend it because at that point you do start to see the difference. Blu-ray’s do provide a much higher quality image since it is HD. Just did a 90 min project on compressed it to 4GB for DVD, 16GB for BD and Flash Drive.

    If I understand you correctly, I’m not using commercial single layer DVDs. The master I send to my processing company is a regular Verbatim, probably DVD-R. By the way, are commercial double layer DVD’s +R or -R?
