    I have a dvd from China that will play on a computer but will not play on any dvd player here in the United States. Is there a way for me to transfer this to a dvd-r that I can use? The only way that comes to mind is to scan convert it from a computer but this method will take a big quality hit and the video is already very compressed looking. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
