Hey, when using DVD Demuxer 1.5 I sometimes get discs that demux into hundreds of pieces. Seems to be DVDs recorded on the fly by a set top recorder. Is there a setting I can change in DVD Demuxer to get it all to go into one file?

Unfortunately no. I’ve been through this with DVD Demuxer and DVD Reauthor Pro by DVD-Logic. I think this happens because when a Set top DVD Recorder records it records in chunks. Each chunk gets it’s own cell. DVD Demuxer will demux every cell separately. I am not 100% on this but I’m pretty sure this is what it comes down to.

The good thing is if you are using DVD Studio Pro you can import them all in and sort by name, then drag them all into the track.

If you are using Scenarist you can use the “Add Multiple clips” option which will put them altogether in one Track as well.

If you just want to demux in one file, use DVDDecrypter. In Ifo Mode you can choose what tosetting the size les to be splitted.
