DVD Demo…what would you do?
If you had a client that had a bunch of produced material and was looking to create a DVD demo for trade shows, laptop viewing, and sending out…and was looking to you to suggest the best way to display this (within reason) would you consider 16×9?? I thought integrating these 4×3 assests with some original graphic elements as 16×9 DVD might be a nice touch for LCD or widescreen laptop display. Even widescreen TV. Any experience and how were the results? Maybe using a graphic border created in AE or Photoshop and avoid stretching while filling these mediums? How was the workflow? Thanks for any suggestions.

Make 16:9 16:9(anamorphic) , make 4:3, 4:3 assign the right aspect ratio to the asset & the DVD player will do the rest.
