DVD back on Timeline
Due to a drive failure I no longer have access to my sample DVD other than the actual DVD or to go back to tape. I need to get my sample DVD back on the timeline to kill a few chapters and change some text. How easily can this be done and will there be any loss of quality when I reburn to DVD. Thank you!!!

You can import the DVD into Vegas using File | Import | DVD Camcorder Disc. Yes, you will loose quality when you render it back out. This might be a good time to invest in some backup software.
