  DVD authoring – 30fps to 25fps???

  Hi,

  I have a video that I’m editing with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. I’d like to create into a DVD as a master copy for replication.

  However, the video was shot in 30 fps and I’d like to create to DVD with PAL 25 fps.

  The 30 fps footage was converted to 25 fps and is choppy when I tried it on a DVD.

  I then tried the ‘Time Warp’ effect in After Effects CS6 but this effect makes the footage look blurry.

  Is there anything that can done to fix this problem?
