I have just finished a dvd project, and every time I burn a disc to test, I get a pop in the audio at the end of the file, just as it ends and before it returns to the start menu. I’m using one complete file with chapter markers in it, and a video under the main menu. The audio track is PCM 48K 16 bit. I’ve checked the audio file, re-rendered it, listend to it in a different program and it is clean. It’s a very disturbing pop in the left channel. I’ve played the discs in 2 players with the same result.

    Any thoughts are appreciated!

Try rendering the video without the audio and render the audio as an AC3 file. Render them both into the same directory with the same name. This way DVDA doesn’t have to re-render the audio for the DVD.

Not sure why you’d be getting a pop but you might try this and see if you get better results.

Make sure you have at least build 133 of DVDA 5.2 .
