DVD Architect – Stills / Timeline duration

Hi,
i`m new to DVD architect.
Is it possible to set the duration of Stills / Timelines?
I want to play a JPG as a movie but not 4 seconds but 8 seconds.
Is it possible to change?
I can`t drop the same JPG in the same timeline to double duration….
