DVD Architect quicktime mov error
Hi,
I am trying to build a DVD using some Quicktime mov files my customer provided.When I start a new project using Architect, I tell it that it is a single movie, and it prompts me to look for the file. When I select the file it gives me the following error:
The Selected file is not of the required type.
When I try to import the file into DVD architect by dragging the file into the project window, I get the following error:
An error occurred during this command (Id: 6612)
An error occurred while opening a codec.What does this mean? I am not sure how my customer published the file. I know it is a quicktime mov file and I have use quicktime files with DVD architect in past. Why do you think his is not working? Is there a specific setting I need to tell my customer he needs to use when publishing his files?

You can import the .mov file into Vegas, then render it to MPG2 and .AC3 and then import both into DVDA.
