Hey everyone, just about got my project finished and have learned alot along the way. I have also been able to get it to DVD after many failed earlier attempts.

My question has to do with DVD Architect. My project has a basic menu with just 2 buttons on the first page. Play and scene selection. I have music on the first menu page with a background picture of my own. If the scene selection button is pressed, i would like the same music to continue without interuption on the next page. All i can get it to do is to restart the same song after it gets to the scene selection page. How can i get it to play uninterupted from page 1 to page 2?

Also i put pictures on the buttons themselves and some of the pictures are hazy looking. They are in focus just foggy looking. What causes that?

    Thanks, Jerry.

Can’t be done. Each menu on a DVD is a separate file, and that file contains the video and audio for that menu. When you move from menu to another, the DVD player stops playing that menu’s file and starts playing the next’s.

“Also i put pictures on the buttons themselves and some of the pictures are hazy looking. They are in focus just foggy looking. What causes that?”

Can’t be certain from your description — “hazy looking” could mean many things. Can you post a screencap? My guess would be that the scaled image is just pixelated.

    Thanks for the reply Rob.

I believe i figured out why the button images were hazy looking. I had the buttons regions rather large and they were overlapping. If i moved them apart farther, they looked ok.
