    Hi All,
I am compiling a promotional DVD with various menus and videos. I have managed to work out most things, but I have a problem with the buttons that direct the viewer to the videos.
I would like to replace the thumbnail within the button (that is now the first frame of the video that the button directs you to) with a completely different still. This has me stumped, as when I try to replace the thumbnail media, it of course replaces the actual video.
    What am I missing here?
    Cheers,

    Bruce Quayle

Click on one of the menu items to highlight it.
On the menu on the right side of the page, click the Media button.
Under Thumbnail Properties, click in the dropdown box (it’ll be set to the MPEG file right now), browse to the folder containing the still you want and select it.
The thumbnail will be changed to the new image.
Repeat for the other menu items.

    Hi Mike,
Thanks for the info. I had tried that myself, but it didn’t appear to work – but trying it again after your advice, it’s fine! Finger problems I guess! 😉
As an aside, I remember you from the DPS forum where you were of great assistance to others.
    Thanks again!
