Yes. Click on the menu, go to the Menu Page Properties on the right, go to the “Background Media” section, and there’s an option for Audio. Set it to your desired audio file.

That’s correct.
You have to do any adjustments (length, volume, etc.) to the music before bringing it into DVDA.
