    Hello

We have noticed a problem with our Kona LH outputting 1440×1080 (O/P 1920×1080) 50i DVCProHD material. On the right hand side of the screen we are seeing a very fine vertical line of the picture which is a duplicate from the left hand side of blanking. It almost looks like the timing is slightly out and the picture is shifted one vertical line to the left.

This happens if we use FCP or Kona TV. It doesnt appear if we playback the QT on the CPU monitor.

    Anyone else seeing this?

    Many thanks in advance

    Joel

Sorry, forgot to add. Rendering up to 1920×1080 uncompressed 8bit gets rid of the problem.

    Cheers

I have this, too. It’s a little annoying, but it’s only in playout to monitor. It’s not there if you export a QT and you wouldn’t see it going to tape. Looks a little lame, so hopefully it’s fixed soon.

Can you adjust the timing in the control panel to fix it?
