DVCPRO50 issue with FinalCut and BMD DExtreme

I already post this on the FCP Forum, and now I’m trying here.
I have some issues with 3 identical workstations.
Problem: when we try to batch capture long clips (30 min or more) using BlackMagic DV50 easy setup, The FinalCutPro stops the capture a few minutes before the out point. Capturing the same clip in Uncompress works OK.
Cofiguration: PowerMacG5 DUAL 2.7, 4GB RAM, 160GB and 250GB sata, Blackmagic Decklink Extreme, MacOS 10.4.2, QT 7.0.1, Decklink driver 5.1, FinalCutProHD 5.0.2 and Sony Msw-M2000. The three workstations are identical.
Actions: I have reinstalled everything and tested every step (QT 7.0, BMDriver 5.0, etc) and the problem continues. I used the Blackmagic Deck Control to capture and it works perfectly, but this software does not have the DV50 setup in its preferences.
Some extras: we have noted a difference between the duration field of the browser and the media length on the batch capture first window. It seems like in the browser math is not the same as the batch capture math. Examples: Clip in: 00:58:49;28 out: 01:28:45;05 duration browser: 00:29:55;08 duration in media length 00:29:53;14.
