  DVCPRO HD Tape to SD DVD

  Is it better to export a 30p self contained quicktime (PRORESHQ 1920x1080p30) or export a self contained quicktime with the current settings (DVCPRO HD 1080p30) is my main goal is to make a SD DVD using Compressor and DVDSP? My sequence defaults to DVCPRO HD 1080i60 with the field dominance as Upper.
