I’ve shot some clips at PAL 720p 50 fps DVCPro HD, I want FCP to play it back as 25 fps, giving me a slowmotion.

Whats the proper way to do this in a PAL 720p DVCPro HD sequence?

    solved it with cinema tools.

Opened the clip, said “conform” and set 25fps.

As far I remember, Compressor is able to do it. Ken Stone wrote an article about it.

Compressor isneeds much longer and the quality suffers. Conforming with CT is the way to go in this case.
