DVCPRO HD 24fps in a DV project
I’m working on a project that is 95% DV with a couple of interview shots that were shot DVCPRO HD 720p 24fps. What is the best way to work with this? Is there a way to convert the 24fps to 29.97fps?

Drop it into the cut and render. You might have to re-size the image.
If it looks stuttery, look into Nattress’ Film Converter. http://www.nattress.com. It has the option to go NTSC to 24P, and 24P to NTSC.
