DVC PRO 50 Quicktime FILES don’t read
I am a FCP6.0 USER. I recored Green Screen interviews on a FS-100 in Quicktime file and in DVCPRO50. I then downloaded these files on a hard drive for a Vegas 8.0 user He said he can’t read them. He has Raylight and he has the same p2 camera as I. They played from the hard drive when they picked it up…
They say theres just audio files?I shot a program for them in DV25 in Quicktime and they can read it.

Sounds like he doesn’t have Raylight properly installed. Does he have Quicktime Pro installed?

For quicktimes you need raylight DECODER, not the
DVFilm Raylight product which is for MXF files only

for dvcpro50 decoder also requires the free matrox codecs installed
