DVB Standard Encoding
Posted by Yehuda Brandriss on April 13, 2008 at 7:40 amIs there a Software based encoder that fully conforms with DVB Standards for Transport Streams?
My conclusion so far is that there is no such software, can anyone confirm or counter this conclusion?Ben Waggoner replied 18 years ago 3 Members · 5 Replies -

April 13, 2008 at 12:08 pmDVB is a transmission method but pretty well any software transcoder that fully supports MPEG-2 Main Profile at Main Level (MP@ML) will produce ‘compliant’ streams.
