DV Rack for FCP Mac?
Is there an equivalent to DV Rack for a Mac? And if so, how compatible is it with FCP? Is it something reliable enough to take in the field and attempt to capture a live switching event?

Drop by the mfr’s Web site and check for an OS10 version.
Forget software tools for live events.
Get reliable hardware scopes, they shoudl be included in your rental package for a live event.If you want to use DV Rack, just put it on a PC and lash it to your FCP setup using a suitable video output card which you already have if you’re trying to hack FCP as a live event recorder.
