dv-pal quicktime exported files are TOO DAMN BRIGH !!!!!
I tried to change avery kind of possible setting in the export but nothing works. No solution.
Is there any known conflict between my avid version and quicktime 7 ? Because I just installed Qt 7 a few days ago
and i never really had this kind of problem with the previous QT 6.5…
Do you have an advise for me?I’m in deep trouble and have a very little time to solve this…
I could add extra darkness in color corrction on the avid sequence, to compensate the problem , but that is not a REAL solution…
please somebody help me!!!!! ( thank you very mucho )

If you have “export as RGB” selected or “use Avid DV codec” unchecked when exporting you usually get quicktimes that have that richer darker look.
