DV-PAL files into Media 100 HD
I’ve been trying to import DV-PAL files captured with FCP HD into Media 100 HD but without success. Media 100 HD always re-render the files and the quality is terrible. I have deselected the “import media to the media standard and Compressor” option, but if I select this option the re-render process is on. I have read in the tech documents that I can import native DV files without rendering but at this time I can’t do it. I have to use our Cinewave RT to use this files without rendering
Is there any trick to “repair” this?

Are you sure that the files are PAL DV files? PAL DV works fine for me.
Open the file in QuickTime Player and look at the info window. Is the size correct (720*576)? Is the Format correct? Frames per second? -
Yes. Captured with the DV-PAL Easy Setup in Final Cut Pro HD. Once captured, I check the information for the files insdie QuickTime Player and all is correct.
