I was given dv files from the post house. They have a Mac and gave me .dv clips. PPRO tells me it is not a supported format. How do I use it without convirting and losing quality?
    Thanks

Pro should support the files, but you will need Quicktime player installed first.

    Hello Eyal,

Try changing the file extension from .dv to .mov and see it that helps.

Thanks Dave, that helped. It doesn’t change and quality, does it? Also, I was sent another file that is 3.2 Gig. on my computer it won’t open and it is reported as 1.99 gig. Is there a 2 gig limit on Windows that you know of? Can I change that?
    Thanks
