  DV Device Control problem

  I have a problem with DV Device control… I’m using a DSR40, and I can capture by manually cueing the tape deck, and I get time code as well, but for some reason the dv VTR controls are “greyed out”.

  I’m working on the problem with Adobe but wondering if anyone has seen this and has some ideas. I’ve tried resetting the registry settings for 1394 as they suggested but that didn’t help.
