  DV 4:1:1 to ATSC Mpeg 4:2:0

  How does DV 4:1:1 translate to ATSC Mpeg2 4:2:0? We are considering moving from Beta SP to DVCam and DVCPro for distribution and was wonder how DV translates over? Anyone have any experience with this?
