Dust eliminator?
I have a finshed and color graded a film that needs some dust touch ups in maybe 5 shots equaling maybe 30 seconds in length. I don’t mind going through each frame (I know, roughly 700 frames) and correcting it since all the dust is in the exact same place for each shot. I bet you with a little bit of steadfast attention I can knock it out in a couple days, but how doable is this? It’s and HD 1920×1080 film. I’ve only heard of Photoshops new video interface.

You can actually do this VERY quickly in Adobe After Effects using the clone stamp. It has been awhile since I did this, but worked great over a series of frames, even if the dust moves over time.
