What M100 friendly fx program has the ability to create “dust and scratches” effect? Is it boris or ae and what is the plugin called? Thanks! Chris (This was also posted in Boris FX)

I have a digitized clip of dust and scratches that could be luma keyed either in Boris or After Effects. If you’re interested, let me know.

In the DVEs effects, there is a QuickTime Effects option. Choose that, and click the Custom Settings button, twirl down the Special Effects triangle and select the Film Noise option. In that, you can adjust the hairs, scratches, dust, etc.
