duration of my clip time ??????/

Right click on the timeline counter/ruler thing and change it from frames back to Non-Drop Frame or Drop Frame.

Right click on the counter just to the right of the RT switch. A menu should come up that says

Non-Drop Frame
Feet+Frame
Frames
etc

It sound like it is set to Frames. Change it to Non Drop Frame

i see the grey bars……..with the pink line thru it…

i like the pink line…..

how do i get rid of the grey thick bars…

So pink line good. Grey bar bad.

Pink line toggle on an off: the little mountain with the dots at the peak and valley on the lower right of the timeline.

As for thick grey bars, do you mean the little grey bar usually above the pink line? or the audio waveform of a bars and tone signal?

As for the little grey line, don’t have a clue how to get rid of it.

If you’re seeing a huge grey bar behind the pink line, it’s probably an audio waveform. So go to the triangle that looks like a play button on the lower right of the time line, select it and turn off “Show audio waveforms.”

Is that what you’re seeing?
