    Duplicating sequence sync issue

    Hi All,
    Having a weird thing happening here. When I duplicate a sequence, the new sequence is out of sync – even though the old one was in sync. It’s the same problem this person was having (https://community.avid.com/forums/p/82112/459857.aspx)- but no-one came up with a solution as far as I can see on the Avid forum.

    Any ideas? It’s pretty weird.

    Just in case anyone is having a similar problem, I’ve found the solution…

    Basically I had fades or disolves which crossed over each other – Avid was somehow interpretting this as requiring extra frames, thus putting it out of sync. If anyone is having problems look at your disolves and work from there – if you remove the effect then it will hopefully solve the problem.
