    Sorry it’s me again, I managed with the the help of Robert, to create a tube … I then needed two more tubes of different sizes so duplicated the original (in the “set’ window) and altered the sizes … all fine … but then when I try and colour them all 3 take on the colour, these are 3 different objects (OK in the same set) so why are they still being treated as one … other objects, in the set, that I drew are taking their own colour … any advice please. Roger

    Hi Roger,

    Duplicated Objects are “Linked” with the same color. To remove the link, select the objects you want to unlink. Then, go into the Object Styles Swatches Panel. In the “Swatch…” menu towards the top right, select the option “Unlink Object Style”. You will then be able to apply different materials to the duplicated objects.
