  Duplicate frames pulldown problem

  Ok so I captured a bunch of footage using a Aja IO via SDI 10 Bit Uncompressed. the footage is being downconverted from a Sony JH3 in 23.98 psf with PD enabled. It appears that the pulldown cadence got messed up somewhere. It’s not terribly noticable but every 5th frame is duplicated suggesting that the pulldown added was 2:3:3:2 rather than the normal 2:3:2:3. the clips also seemed to be slightly longer than the others(this si a second go around no the capturing process).

  Is there an easy way to fix the problem without recapturing the footage? Either to reduce the slight stutter on fast moving shots or remvoe the extra frames altogther?
