Duplicate frame issues from AE into FCP

I have a question that hopefully someone can help me with.
Currently working on a project with a lot of graphics coming from After Effects into FCP. Green screening done in After Effects with backgrounds built in Cinema4D and now being exported through After Effects. We are exporting 2 10bit Uncompressed QTs from After Effects: one sole picture and one sole alpha. In the exports from After Effects everything comes out fine. No duplicate frame issues, jumping, etc. However, as soon as I place the image into Final Cut we get duplicate frames. Our frame rate between After Effects and my sequence are the same, 23.98 and both are set up as 10bit Uncompressed QTs. Also, as far as I know, the frame rate being brought into AE is set up as 23.98.
If someone has any help with this that would be awesome. We have been trying to find a solution to this problem for days now with absolutely nothing working.Thanks

Try setting the frame rate in AE to 23.976, not 23.98. FCP is doing 23.976, but calls it 23.98.
4/5 of 30 fps is 24 fps.
4/5 of 29.97 fps is 23.976 fps.
