Dumb question? “backwards” importing into studio pro
I was wondering if there was any way to take an existing dvd and import some or all of its contents into dvd studio pro. I mean besides by first going to digital tape by playing the dvd. Any way to directly import the compressed files so you can, for example, change the menu? This has come up when people want a dvd revised but the original edited material has been lost….

Use this to extract your menus – they will be transcoded to QT for editing. A quality hit but Ive found it not to be all that bad. Re-encode then import back into DVDSP:
