    [_kweso] “1. can you define expressions outside the layer?
    and give the layers a link to this expression?
    somehow creating a class. and where to put this
    script?

    Nope.

    2. can you dublicate a layer via expressions?
    so i dont have 50 layers in my timeline which
    make just one object in the end.
    just like ‘dublicateMovieClip()’ in macro-flash.”

    Nope, not in the way you mean it. In AE all layers have to exist physically, there is no true instancing. Trapcode are working on a plugin for this, but it’s not going to be released before September. Looking at your project, though, I get the impression that you might want to explore pre-composing a bit more. Having all your layers in one comp is really not necessary.
