Dual-monitor support
Hi everyone!
I’m planning to use HelpWire for remote work with Photoshop and I’m trying to understand how it handles a dual-monitor setup on the client side. Does it actually support controlling a system with two displays, and if so, how are the screens shown, separately or combined?
Do I need to configure anything on the client or technician side to switch between monitors or make multi-screen sessions work smoothly?
Thanks to anyone who has tested this and can share some insight.
