Dual Bay Docking Stations for Mac Mini M1 2020

I am looking to move to the Mac Mini M1 for my FCPX edit system.

But I’m thinking this won’t work with USB 3.1 Gen 2? Does anyone know if there is a similar dual docking station that would work with this Mac Mini M1: https://support.apple.com/kb/SP823?locale=en_CA

so that I could continue using my 3.5 inch internal hard drives?
