  DSR-1 Camera Menu Shifted Right?

  Aloha!
  First post in this forum, I hope that it is the correct forum for my question.
  I have a Sony DSR-1 whose on screen display is shifted to the right, cutting off some of the characters. Picture is correct, recording is fine, it is just the characters that are shifted over.
  It seems unrelated, but the problem was first noticed after converting the battery source from NP-1’s to a Vmount for IDX lithium batteries.
  I tried switching back to the NP-1 batteries but it made no change.
  Is there a menu position setting somewhere? Maybe a camera reset (how do I do that?)?
