  DS|Nitris Batch Exporting to file

  Hello,

  I’m working on a project on our brand-spankin’ new Nitris system (7.5), and I have run into a workflow snag. We’re exporting a load of clips to give to our visual FX team, who need them as cineon image sequences. We’ve got about 60 shots, all captured as separate clips, and I want to batch export them.

  On the symphony, I know this can be done by selecting the desired export format and dragging the clips to the desktop. This does not appear to work in the DS environment. Also, the Output tool seems to only accept SEQUENCES as input, and not clips in a folder, so I cannot seem to figure out how to export files except by cutting them into a timeline, marking in an out points, and rendering each of them separately.

  Surely such an advanced and expensive system has a better way of automating this kind of task. What am I missing?
