Dslr Recommendations
I’m looking for mid-priced dslr model recommendations which work well and interface easily with Avid. Thanks in advance.

Since all DSLR’s record with a LongGop codec like H.264, MP4, etc. and all of those have varying degrees of performance success with Media Composer, I would concentrate more on the type of camera you feel comfortable with, size of memory card you can afford, and lenses you want to use.
For Media Composer, you may end up AMA linking and transcoding anyway at which point the originating codec type is a moot point for Media Composer alone.
