    Hello all,
I have a terrible issue with some footage I have recently filmed with a special microscopic camera which saves avi files directly onto my computer.
Opening them in quicktime the info I get is this:

    Format: Y’CbCr 4:2:2 – yuy. 1600 x 1200, millions
    FPS: 5
    Rate: 153,59 MBit/s

When watching the footage back I realise that it is very jerky, almost in a way dropping frames.
Is there a way to fix this at all?
I first thought it was the file size that was making the footage ‘jump’. I have tried converting them into apple pro res 422 as I am also editing on fcp and adding some other scenes that are filmed with a canon 5d as well. However, the problem is still there.

Please help! What can I do to make this better???
    Thank you!!
    Johannes
