  Dropping frames inputting 4fps footage

  I’ve just digitized 11 hours of tape at 24 and 60 fps. All for 23.98 timeline. 60 fps footage digitized and converted flawlessly. I have some 4 fps footage though that the computer is choking on, it cancels the input when it detects dropped frames. I’m going in with 23.98 sequence and 59.94 capture presets as I’ve been told to. Even tried capturing @ 23.98. Nothing works. Any Advice?
