Dropping audio when bringing mpeg1 into vegas
Using Vegas 7 (I know, it’s old)to render project to mpeg1. When I bring the file back into a new Vegas project you can’t see anything on the audio timeline, and when you start the track you get about a half second of sound, then nothing. I can bring avi or wmv files back without a problem, just mpeg1 files. I have an older version of Vegas 4, and I can bring the same mpegs into that and the sound is fine.
Any ideas?
