    I’m using FCP 4.5HD

The video is separate from my audio.

    The audio is .wav

When I just had the video it played fine. Now that I added the audio, it no longer plays. It just keeps popping up dropped frame.

I have the RT on all the lowest settings possible. Low video quality, safe RT etc.

The two things I can’t figure out how to do are Lower the compression rate and lower the real-time audio rate.

Does anyone know how to do this? Also, is there a reason why this is happening?

    Thanks: George

PS: Why doesn’t the manuals have an index?

Convert your audio to aif first.
    Upgrade your FCP.
