  Dropped Frames and Lines on Screen

  For the past 4 years my church has been using an Blackmagic Intensity Pro card. When the new version of Media Express came, we had great luck with it to start. Recently when I started to record with the software, it has been constantly dropping frames and puting lines on the screen (which might be a simple cable replacement). I started recording with Adobe Premiere and it worked fine. I would rather record with that software if we can. Any suggestions?
