Drop Frames vs Non Drop Frames
Whenever I export a mov to work with in Annotation Edit, I send it out as non drop frames. Is this the best way to export to A/E? A/E will take it either way and I can send it out from A/E to DVD SP either way.

The advantage of Drop Frame code is it can be read as actual accurate time. For instance, 30 minutes of NDF is longer than 30 minutes. 30 minutes of DF code is exactly 30 minutes. See this explanation by Larry Jordan.
